Tom has worked with the Capitol Strategies Group during his tenure at Oracle, Cloudera, Tanium, Verizon and most recently Info-Tech. Tom worked on numerous significant procurements at NYS including the Statewide Financial System, NYS Call Center System, Statewide Learning Management System, Medicaid Datawarehouse, Enterprise Identity and Access Management System, NYS Student Data Warehouse System, Justice Center System and Path through History System. These procurements represent expenditures of over $150M which had significant impact providing both efficiency and cost savings for the State.
