Suraci Advisory Services, LLC is led by Thomas Suraci, a technology sales and public-sector market development professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting technology companies pursuing opportunities within New York State government.
Throughout his career, Tom has worked with leading technology organizations including Oracle, Verizon, Cloudera, Tanium, and Info-Tech Research Group. He has extensive experience helping clients understand agency priorities, navigate complex public-sector environments, and align technology solutions with government modernization initiatives.
Tom has supported numerous significant New York State technology procurements, including the Statewide Financial System, Statewide Call Center System, Statewide Learning Management System, Medicaid Data Warehouse, Enterprise Identity and Access Management System, Student Data Warehouse System, Justice Center System, and Path Through History System.
Collectively, these initiatives represented technology investments exceeding $250 million and delivered meaningful improvements in government efficiency, service delivery, and operational effectiveness for New York State agencies and the citizens they serve.
